Farnworth curry house up for award offers five-course feast for under £15

The Taj Mahal, on Higher Market Street, is an authentic Indian curry house with “something for everyone”.
As a non-licensed business, customers are invited to bring their own alcohol, with no corkage or service charge.
The family-run curry house is known for its affordable prices and friendly service, garnering excellent online reviews.
From Monday to Thursday, the restaurant serves a five-course twilight meal for just £14.95, with children under 10 dining for £6.95.
Takeaway customers can also enjoy 20% off when collecting orders over £15.
The Taj Mahal goes the extra mile for customers celebrating special occasions, often sharing birthday videos on its Facebook page.
A recent diner said: “I was treated to a surprise birthday meal at the Taj Mahal, only to find 30-plus friends there when I arrived.
“The staff were marvellous, serving pre-ordered meals and making sure everyone was happy.
“All I heard was how much people enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
“The staff even played a few lively songs as my cake was cut.
“It was a fabulous night all round.”
