Housebuilder jumps at the chance to sponsor Bolton trampolinists
This comes as Bellway, which is behind developments across the borough including Hazel Fold in Lostock, chose to support Bolton Trampoline Gymnastics Academy’s latest fundraising drive.
The Farnworth club has recently reviewed its strategy and found areas for potential investment from local businesses which will help it keep its training fees affordable for its members.
Bellway sales director Grace Yarlett said: “We loved the BTGA sponsorship proposal and really wanted to help in some small way.
“From beginners to advanced bouncers, the club supports all its members, and as a not-for-profit organisation, do rely on local businesses for donations.

“By sponsoring, Bellway has become an official friend of BTGA, which is great!
“Plus, with several developments across Bolton, our residents may already be members themselves, or possible future members, so it’s important we are involved and supportive of the local community.”
Bellway has donated £300 towards trampolining or DMT coaching qualifications and has agreed to become a club sponsor.
As it stands, the club has more than 400 members, including 83 squad members, with 12 coaches and around 25 young leaders or volunteers.
Head coach Alex Bradshaw said: “Trampolining, whilst lots of fun, is an expensive sport and its important to the club to keep the fees as affordable as possible, so we can welcome more bouncers and gymnasts every year.
“We contacted Bellway as they do have developments in Bolton, and were so pleased they agreed to sponsor us, becoming a friend of BTGA.
“From our baby group and adult drop-in sessions to our daily classes and competition training, plus disability and SEN sessions, we really are a Club for all ages and abilities and cater to everyone’s needs.

“We want our club to have highly qualified coaches and well maintained, modern equipment, so that our members can learn confidently, safely and to an equal standard to their fellow competitors across the country.
“Bellway’s donation is very much welcomed.”
Bellway now has two homes still left for sale at the Hazel Fold development in Lostock.
They include The Thespian, a three-bedroom detached home priced at £324,995, and The Farrier, a four-bedroom detached show home, priced at £424,995.
