Ed DiOrio Leaves North Carolina to Join WTAE in Pittsburgh

Ed DiOrio has joined Pittsburgh ABC affiliate WTAE as a reporter.

“I couldn’t be more excited to join @WTAE as it’s Westmoreland County Reporter,” DiOrio wrote on social media. “Telling the stories of the community that raised me is truly a dream come true. My first day on air is this Friday for the start of the Westmoreland County Fair!”

DiOrio comes from WLOS in Asheville, North Carolina where he worked for four years.
